2. Services & Products
We offer a range of products and services, including air conditioning units, installation, repairs, maintenance, refrigeration, and appliance servicing.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our offerings at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Barbados Dollars (BBD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary depending on location, installation requirements, and product availability.
Payment for services or products is due in full before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, bank transfers, or approved online payment methods.
VAT (Value Added Tax) will be included where applicable.
4. Quotes & Estimates
All quotations provided by TwentyOne Degrees are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Any additional work, materials, or variations requested will result in revised pricing.
5. Installation & Service Appointments
Customers are responsible for providing access to the installation or service location at the scheduled time.
If we are unable to complete the job due to lack of access or safety issues, a rebooking fee may apply.
Installations must comply with local regulations and safety standards, and our technicians reserve the right to refuse unsafe or non-compliant work conditions.
6. Warranty & Liability
All new air conditioning units supplied and installed by TwentyOne Degrees come with a manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms and conditions of that manufacturer.
Installation and service workmanship may also be covered by a limited service warranty, as specified at the time of purchase.
Warranty claims are void if units are serviced, tampered with, or installed by unauthorized persons.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
For product purchases, returns or refunds will only be accepted if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Custom orders, special items, or installed products are non-refundable unless defective.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is protected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
9. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of TwentyOne Degrees and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Logos, trademarks, and service marks displayed on the site are also owned or licensed by TwentyOne Degrees.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Barbados.
