Refund Policy – TwentyOne Degrees Inc.

At TwentyOne Degrees Inc., we are committed to delivering exceptional air conditioning solutions across Barbados. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives the highest quality products and professional service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or returns may be considered for purchases of air conditioning units and related services.

1. General Policy

All sales of air conditioning units, parts, and accessories are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale of TwentyOne Degrees Inc.
Refunds are not automatic and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and compliance with company and manufacturer standards.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

A refund or exchange may be considered under the following conditions:

The air conditioning unit is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within seven (7) days of purchase.

There is a manufacturer’s defect verified after inspection by an authorized technician.

The wrong model or item was supplied by TwentyOne Degrees Inc.

All refund or exchange requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted in the following cases:

The unit has been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

The issue results from improper installation, unauthorized repair, or poor electrical connections.

The product has been altered, tampered with, or shows signs of wear and tear not covered under warranty.

The request is made after the seven-day window.

Please note that installation, delivery, and service fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

4. Inspection and Approval Process

All returns are subject to technical inspection by our qualified team.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
If a replacement unit is issued, it will be provided as soon as stock becomes available.

5. Custom and Special Orders

All custom orders, special configurations, and pre-ordered units are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Customers are advised to confirm specifications before completing their purchase.

6. Warranty Coverage

All air conditioning units purchased from TwentyOne Degrees Inc. are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty terms and coverage periods vary depending on the brand, model, and installation conditions.
Our team will gladly assist you in understanding your warranty entitlements and submitting any valid claims.

7. Service and Installation Fees

Once an installation or service has been completed by our technicians, no refunds will be issued for labor or service charges.
If a unit is found to be defective after installation, our technicians will assist you in filing a warranty claim in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.

8. Important Notice

Certain Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of all air conditioning units and services.
Customers are encouraged to contact our office prior to purchase to review the applicable conditions and ensure full understanding of warranty and refund eligibility.
