After a thorough consultation, our team proposed a multi-zone VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system, offering advanced control, flexibility, and efficiency tailored to the building’s layout and daily usage patterns.

Scope of Work

Our scope included a complete end-to-end setup — from design to execution:

• Full site inspection and heat load assessment for each floor
• Duct layout design and airflow optimization
• Installation of outdoor VRF units and multiple indoor cassette units
• Integration of smart thermostats and centralized control system
• Power supply configuration, insulation, and leak testing
• Final commissioning, balancing, and performance evaluation

Challenges & Solution

1. Limited Ceiling Space – The building’s ceiling design left little room for ductwork and cassette units. Our engineers redesigned the duct paths and used compact ceiling cassettes without affecting interior aesthetics.
2. Power Efficiency Concerns – The client’s goal was to reduce long-term operational costs. We installed inverter-driven VRF systems that automatically adjust refrigerant flow based on room temperature — saving up to 40% in electricity compared to conventional systems.
3. Minimal Disruption During Work Hours – Installation was completed in phases after office hours to ensure no interference with the client’s daily operations. Our team followed strict noise and cleanliness standards throughout the project.
