President, 21 Degrees Inc.
Farid Mansour is the founder and president of 21 Degrees Inc., a Barbados-based HVAC company known for reliable service, strong technical capability, and practical problem-solving. With over two decades in the industry, he’s built a business that combines hands-on engineering expertise with a clear understanding of what clients actually need — systems that perform, last, and are supported long after installation.
His background in both technical work and business management gives him a unique perspective. He’s as comfortable discussing refrigerant pressures on-site as he is reviewing financial models or exploring new supplier relationships. That mix has helped 21 Degrees grow into a respected regional contractor, handling projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Farid approaches every project with a focus on precision, accountability, and long-term value. He’s constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, expand into new markets, and build lasting partnerships that make sense on both the technical and business sides.
At his core, Farid believes success comes from curiosity, adaptability, and surrounding himself with capable people who share his drive for quality and progress. Whether leading a project on-site or negotiating a supplier deal abroad, he brings the same focus — delivering practical solutions with a long-term vision.

Operations & Strategy Manager
With over 15 years of expertise in administration, finance, HR, and project management, Stephanie ensures TwentyOne Degrees Inc. operates with precision and efficiency. She oversees daily operations and leads key projects that drive the company’s growth.
Her strong organizational and leadership skills allow her to balance strategic oversight with hands-on support, ensuring excellence in every aspect of project delivery. Stephanie is currently advancing her studies in Construction Management at Columbia University, bringing cutting-edge best practices to the company.
Known for her problem-solving, reliability, and people-first approach, Stephanie is a vital part of the company’s leadership and a trusted partner for both staff and clients.
